Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are offered by [Company Legal Name] ("we," "us," or "our") and govern your use of PartOfMyDay. These Terms are placeholder content pending legal review and are not yet final.

Who may use PartOfMyDay

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use PartOfMyDay. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

Accounts

Access to PartOfMyDay is tied to the email address you sign in with. You are responsible for keeping access to your own account and for the accuracy of the account information you provide. If you believe someone else has accessed your account, contact us at [Contact Email].

The companion experience

Your companion's messages, and any images shared with you, may be generated by artificial intelligence. Companions are not human beings, and nothing they say should be relied upon as fact. PartOfMyDay is not an emergency service, and it is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, that a companion's replies will be accurate or timely, or that any particular memory or detail will be retained or recalled correctly.

Trial, subscription, and billing

New accounts include a 14-day free trial, and no card is required to start the trial. After the trial period ends, continued access is billed at €4.99 per month.

Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat, our subscription management provider. To cancel, open the Subscription area in the app and choose "Manage subscription." RevenueCat supplies the managed-subscription link, which opens the applicable subscription-management destination. Cancelling stops future renewal; you keep access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for. PartOfMyDay does not itself process or cancel subscriptions directly.

Acceptable use

You agree to use PartOfMyDay lawfully and not to use it to harass or exploit others, to generate or share illegal content, to attempt to access another user's account or data, to probe or attack the security of the service, to interfere with its normal operation, to engage in automated abuse, or to reverse-engineer any part of the service. We may take action against accounts that violate these terms.

Third-party services

PartOfMyDay relies on third-party service providers to operate. Supabase provides authentication, database storage, and realtime data delivery. RevenueCat manages subscription entitlement, billing state, and the managed-subscription link used to cancel or change your plan. Paddle provides billing and merchant infrastructure underneath RevenueCat for web subscriptions — our backend integrates with RevenueCat only, not with Paddle directly. Use of the service may also be governed by these providers' own applicable terms, particularly around payment handling.

Account and data deletion

Settings provides a Delete Account action that permanently and irreversibly removes your account, your messages, and the app's per-user relationship and memory records associated with your account. See our Privacy Policy for the exact scope of what is removed and the limited exceptions that apply.

Suspension, availability, and changes

We may suspend or restrict access to the service where reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, or to comply with applicable law. We may also update or change the service over time.
